Current Account or Saving Account

Current Account or Saving Account

The most important practical difference between current accounts and savings accounts is that you withdraw money regularly from your current accounts, but rarely withdraw from saving account.

Current accounts are built for frequent withdrawals: They have debit cards and ATMs for your convenience. But your saving account is really a “goals” account, where every rupees is assigned to a specific item you’re saving up for, like a house, a vacation, or an emergency fund.
