For running your system you need a commitment, A crucial factor that separates those who successfully achieve and maintain health goals from those who don’t is commitment. Commitment helps you stick to your goals during the good times and the bad times — when barriers get in the way.

There are four stages for commitments:

  • Participating

At this level of commitment, you enjoy yourself, having good times with your main goal. But if your activities or endeavors entail too much work or stop being fun, you are likely to quit. Because you only committed to enjoyment without putting in much effort to improve or perfect a skill.

  • Learning

Everyone starts at the learning stage. You get involved in a sports activity maybe it a fun, and now you’re ready to be more serious about learning the correct fundamentals. The initial stage of mastering the basics is important. If you don’t master the basics you will have difficulty moving to the next level because you will have a weak foundation.

  • Competing

Deeply Involved, maybe you performed on the stage or in a stadium or competition and you understand this is a different level of engagement. So you will develop a training routine and establish discipline guidelines to follow, you are working with a coach or practicing regularly with the intention to improve.

  • Winning

In this stage your only motive is to win, nothing less than that. You want to best in class or attend the best you can be. You are putting everything on the line to be the best at something. Great level of commitment.

You can start any of the four stages but most people get interested in stages one and two. Very few make the way to stage four with real commitment.
